- •Most services can be self-scheduled online

- •Flexible scheduling options available to accommodate your needs
- •Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the Patient Portal or message board. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or missing required forms will result in the full session fee being charged. If an appointment is missed without prior notice, fees are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
